GD Academy

Gymnasts with a high skill set aiming to master challenging skills and participate in displays and shows and competitions (optional). Designed for dedicated advanced gymnasts who want to push their limits to achieve skills such as flicks, somersaults, free cartwheels and more. Gymnasts will work on perfecting form and execution when developing complex routines showcasing their amazing ability. This class has a fantastic supportive atmosphere where gymnasts are welcoming and supportive creating great friendships and bonds as a team!

Ability based class. Tailored for gymnasts with a wide and confident range of skills on floor and equipment. This class focuses on perfecting techniques such as walkovers, handsprings, complex routines and more. The drills are targeted to enhance strength, flexibility and overall performance. The class emphasises skill mastery and progression ensuring each gymnast receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

Emphasis on developing ability and skills development across various gymnastic exercises in a fun and dynamic setting. This class is for gymnasts with a wider skill set who are ready to master cartwheels, round-offs and more. Coaches introduce more challenging drills and challenges to build strength, flexibility and confidence.

Our Little Gym classes are the perfect introduction to gymnastics for beginners with use of various pieces of equipment. Our experienced coaches focus on confidence building with a blend of structured learning and playful exploration. Classes focus on improving balance and coordination whilst working towards essential skills. It’s a great place to make new friends in a fun and engaging environment!

Engaging adult-child 45-min sessions focusing on circuits and turn-taking to prepare for the next level at age 4. Classes introduce basic movement skills building confidence whilst making new friends in a supportive and playful environment!
